I think that everyone has a friend who is always talking about people who are dishonest! Always preaching about their heart being pure & forgiving. Always making a point of stating how important being honest is, yet they turn out to be the biggest liars and the most deceiving people themselves. Why is it that if you point out something that is false that they have mentioned, they always have a good reason as to why they did it and how in their eyes it's not a lie ! I feel like saying to them "hey, just because you believe your own lies, it doesn't make them true"! For example, I have a friend who has a facebook page , and on their page she says that she is married. She refers to her significant other as her husband...yet they are not married. She says " to me we are married, we don't need a piece of paper to validate our marriage" Huggg????What??? You may think what you want but that to me, that is called a live- in boyfriend! You may live your life as a married couple but that contract needs to be in place in order for it to be marriage...and husband and wife. I don't want to put you down or anything but right now to me honey, you are a concubine! You are close but you are not in the "married/husband/wife" club yet!
It's almost like renting a house. You have a good idea of what it takes to own a home...but it's not yours until you sign that bill of sale! You can't say that you are a homeowner!
